After checking www.ows.doleta/foreign/times.asp, the processing time of MI SWA is Nov, 01, not 01/02. What is mdcd site?

atleast gives a hope that they are moving. my cousins non-rir PD is 09/2000, will keep you updated if anything happens to his case.
