I hope what http://www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp is true, but it is not true, because mine is from Nov '00, haven't heard anything about my case yet. http://www.michiganlaborcert.org
still says June '00, I am guessing it has moved to July '00 and July '01 must be a typo as you said.

MI SESA update

Hi Guys,

My case has been forwarded to Chicago DOL

PD 9/13/01 RIR
FW to Chicago: 7/12/02

At 6/27/02 MI SESA request RFE was on salary. All that was needed was a notice on the company notice board asking for applicants with the same skills but at a revised salary.
This notice is required to be put up for 10 days.
The lawyer then indicated to SESA of any resumes and if none, processing continues immediately. Everythink took 2 weeks extra time.
