medical examination

hi all,

I will be very grateful if someone can give me the detail of the medical examination and tests and vaccination.I looked through older threads, they were scanty and varied.
secondly if one leave the home country after filling the initial forms and returned it to kCC. can one request a change of place of interview to the new country as long as one has legal resident status there.
