My # is EAC-02188-*****.
My case still says FP received on Jul 10,2002 and it is pending review. I saw that in some cases with EAC-02-240-***** the status says, FP recd and processing resumed.

What is the status of all guys ?

Notice Date : May 21, 2003

Receipt No : EAC-02-196-51***
Center : Vermont Center

On Nov 10th, 2003 i got this message from online ....

On November 10, 2003, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in BOSTON, MA for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months. Our office in BOSTON, MA will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case. If you need further information, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

What does it mean? Any idea how long does it take to get my GC???

Today i thought to apply for my second Advance PArole to VSC center. Now i dont' know where to apply and what to do... Any such case experience please share with me....

Can you check other thread. I remember just yesteray someone narrated his experience in Boston interview. I think it took only couple of months for scheduling the interview from what I remember.

Advance Parole

Hi All,

I just called the Boston Local office and enquired about interview and to apply Advance PArole. They mentioned that once if the I485 file is transferred to local office i have to go in person to get my Advance PArole and by that i can eqnuire about my case like when the interview will be scheduled ....

FYI, she bombed me that there will be 18 months of time to process my case if it is transferred to local office.

One good news is i heard from many of my friends and forums that people are getting interview date in a month or so... So looking for the best....

Mine and my wife's case was approved yesterday. I posted the same message in June tracker thread also as my ND is in June. Thought I'll post it here too.
