Case Approved.

Hi friends,
Just now I have noticed online that my case and my wife's case have been approved on 3/30/2004. Both my childrens' status shows as case not found.
RFE was for empl.letter and two pay stubs.
used AC-21.

May 2002 I485 Approval

Hi All,

I also filed in May 2002. Please look all my details under I485 case transferred to Boston local office link.

Mine and my husband case is approved on April 2, 2004.

Passport Stamped

Hi,
We have got approval notices in mail on 04/05/2004. Children got the cards in mail on the same day. My wife and I went to Chicago office today (04/07/2004) and got our passports stamped. We reached there by 06:15 AM. Gates opened at 07:00 AM and we are out by 07:35 AM. There were 20 people ahead of us. The officer has taken all the EAD cards (both current and expired), Advance Paroles, I-94 and Approval Notices and stamped our passport.
Now we need to wait for Plastic Cards.
This site is really helpful. Thanks to Mr. Khanna.
I will be visiting this site quite often to help out and pass on the information, I know.

I got my second FP notice yesterday (04/07/2004).

I need to appear in the last week of may, is there any way i could just walk in and get the FP done at Newark office even before the appearance date?.

Any advice?, experiences? please.
 
The online message is updated with the receipt date of RFE today... So the countdown began!!

I got a email saying, they mailed me a REF today... So the countdown began!!

Case approved as of May 10 !!!
20 days after RFE rec'd :)
 
485 Case approved

This morning i got an email stating that the case was approved on Sept 5.

No RFE


At last ..... one less thing to worry about :)
