got RFE (RD: 05/16/2K1, ND 07/19/2K1, FP: 10/20/2K1)

Hi guys
I got RFE for Birth Certificate and PayStubs on Tuesday. I arranged non-availablity certificate in Fax from India, and probably have my attorney reply to RFE tomorrow. I already had the pay stubs as I had been working with the same employer.
Do you think that Fax copy is enough for responding ?

Thanks, Fax copy not clear

I had already submitted one affitdavit with original application. Today, my lawyer responded the RFE with Fax copy of nonavail certf. But the problem is I submitted two copies of Fax as the lines were not clear in just one. I do not know whether I will get RFE again or not for one more affitdavit and clear copy of non-avail certf.
