Approved on Feb-11 RD: 5/14

AS Per AVM, i-485 approved for me and my wife on Feb 11.

My Details:
RD: 5/14
ND: 7/18
FP Scheduled: 12/22
FP Done : 11/29
Last AVM: 1/11 Processing Resumed

Waiting for the Approval Letter!!

I\'ve some questions:

Am I supposed to get the original approval letter from the lawywer ?
Do I need to surrender my original EAD Cards, AP Notice & I-94s ?? I mean, do they not give it back or do I really need them after I get the approval ??

485 was approved on 02/11. Got the Approval notice on 02/14.

RFE issued per AVM on my case, 2/14/2002 - Will know details only next week

and so the saga continues
 
talked to IIO. case approved on 2/14

the AVM msg is still "1/11... resumed..."
but the IIO said that my case was approved on 2/14 but there
are still some formal process needed before the approval notice
can be sent out.....

Thanks to people like PCee and Ciba it seemed that there was a process in the otherwise not so transparent INS processes. I guess just as a habit I will be checking this web site at least twice a day before the reality sinks in.
