As it appears that marrying a citizen is the only option for those who overstayed their visas
So what are the processes involved in marrying a citizen?
From going to a local court house to get the marriage licence, To filing for i130 and i485...............then......................

How much would it all cost?
How long would it take?
What are some troubles one may encounter?

Marrying a US citizen just to get a green card does not fall under the category of "help needed". I am pretty sure most of my fellow forum members would agree with me on this one.

You do realize that marrying a citizen purely for immigration benefits is really not kosher right? Not trying to give you an ethics lesson here but you really don't have an immigration problem. You're asking for advice on how to cheat the system.

I would advise to stay clear of US citizens, for the purpose of obtaining a green card. The penalty is severe if caught, can you handle a life-time ban to never enter the US? The line between the American Dream and a Nightmare is so thin, you will know when you are in an American nightmare.
