My PP stamp is on March 17th too at Hartford, CT. LUD changed once on 28th, no message update though...

Here is my estimation after looking at the boards;

PP stamp to I-485's LUD or msg change or CO : Min: 2 - 4 weeks. Max: 2 - 4 months
As per CIS, you have to wait 60 dyas to initiate any case status enquiry and taking appointment to redo FP for the card.

CO to CR: 1 - 2 weeks unless there is address change or unanticipated issues.
