U meant

"everyone who are in eb3 get it as e37 and their spuses would get it as e39."

Do you get any lucky to get new card by faxing to VSC?

My wife's welcome letter, name is misspelled, I faxed to TSC yesterday, hope it will correct this issue.

My spouse card was ordered on 04/22 and Card mailed on 04/26. Hope we receive it today or tomarrow.
 
Do you get any emails when the mesg changes to "CARD oRDERED OR CARD MAILED", In my case i saw LUD's on 4/22 since then no activity. Any idea?
 
Yes , when card ordered you get the email says that the new status of your case is :
"On XXXXX,after approving your application, we ordered you a new card blah,blah....."

when card was mailed you get:

"On xxxxxx, the card order was completed and we mailed the applicant's new card directly to him or her. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this card, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

Does anyone here notice that your LUD was changed even after receiving your plastic card ? I got one LUD right after CR and being curious about it.

Any idea what was that ? Any input is appreciated ! :rolleyes:

Duplicate notice ?

As I posted earlier, I & my wife got our PP stamped in San Jose on 03/24 and wife/derivative received the plastic card on 04/18. Today's, there's status email from CRIS(is it new ?) and USCIS-CSSO that duplicate notice sent on my wife's 485 case.
Why is this duplicate notice about on received card? :confused:

I called NSC few days ago regarding my card status and USCIS told me it may take one more month.
 
Weird LUD's since stamping

My LUD's since passport stamping is weird...

PS = 3/29/2005
LUD = 4/6/2005, 4/7/2005, 4/14/05, 4/15, 4/20,
4/28 (2 approval notices sent)
5/2 received 2 Approval Notices saying card will be sent in 120 days
:confused: Is this my Welcome letter??

5/3 (Got card mailed email)

This means I didn't get a Card Ordered email,
I'm just perplexed at this strange work-flow at USCIS.

Anybody seen anything like this?

What is this two approval notices sent and recieved 2 approval notices ?

Will we get the approval notices back from USCIS. They have taken my 485 approval notices when I went for PP stamping 3 weeks back.

Pls clarify.

I am in teh same boat too.I received my card on the first of April 2005. After nearly a month, I saw an LUD on My I-485 today and the message also changed to this
"A duplicate notice on this case was mailed on May 2, 2005. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address." I also got an email for the same.

I am not sure what kind of notice this is? Is this normal? I am getting worried now :)


If anybody has received similar message, Please post your experience.

did you get 2 emails from regular USCIS-CSSO and another 2 emails from new CRIS (USCIS-SRMT@dhs.gov) too ?
I guess, this notice may be about cards sent ... gotto wait couple days to see... :confused:
