March 2004 status new thread

I know. The memo was released last Dec. But still, this is what I received. I cannot think of any other reason why they delayed my case this much. Just have to wait, wait and wait...
 
FP-140approval link?

140RD 3/24/4
485RD 6/29/4
FP-sch 3/12/5
140AD ??????

Is there a link for 140 approval with FP completion. My 140-485 were semi-concurrent with 3 months gap. Anyone with similar situation please advise too.

Hi, i came across a new spiel(for me) that for 140/485 concurrent filers, we have to wait additional 6 months after 140 approval for job portability. The lawyer told a friend(of my wife) that original AC21 was for non-concurrent filers and this clarification was recently issued by BCIS.
Thoughts anyone?

Mar'04 - Mine is still pending

My colleague's I-140 is approved. I just know her I-140 RD is Apr 12, 2004.

I'm still waiting :(.

And, one other colleague's I-140 with RD of Jan 12, 2004 is still pending.

Don't know what really is going on at USCIS.

Signature has details.

I checked last night at 1 AM EST (ok, early morning 2/11/05) and it was not updated. Received the approval mail at 6:30 AM. Was approved on 02/09/05.

Did you go early for FP and maybe that pushed your 140 approval. Mine is 3/12/05 so i am pondering over same approach. Any ideas anyone?

Yes I did early FP (see signature). I'm not sure if that triggered the approval of I-140, since FP is related to I-485. Maybe I'm wrong.
