Lets start the new thread for March 2004 I-140. I hope this is not too early.
 
PD - 12/24/2001
EB3- concurrent filed March 09, 2004
2nd EAD and AP - Dec 2004
FP done Nov 10th, 2004

waiting for 140 and 485 !
 
My lawer just sent an email that they've got the FP notice and they're forwarding it to me. I haven't got it in my hands yet.
 
Actually, I too got a notification (to my home) from USCIS for fingerprinting on the same day (Jan 13th).

What happened they stop working on Jan/Feb/March cases, saw lot of approval after these date cases.
 
Any March filler got the approval yet. Don't know how this guys are approving the cases, IS there is any criteria?

i have asked my lawyer to initiate a query for 140 . i have seen some april may and june cases getting approved

My I140/I485 filed 3/4/04(EB2 - professional with advanced degree). Called USCIS on 1/7/05 and received a letter from them (officer 353) last Friday, stating they're currently processing 1-140 filed concurrently with I-485 on 9/13/2002 (yes, that's right, 2002). I plan to wait for 2 months and then do a inquiry again. How does an atterney do an inquiry? The same as how an employer does it, by calling?

so they should atleast approve 140
