sud did your application contain complete middle or just the initialsa(in case you have a middle name)

I was wondering if anyone has recvd rfe for this reason

My ND is 03/05/2002 EB3.... hoping and waiting....

1) When did you call VSC?
2) Do they update the AVM same day as they approve or it takes a few days?

Hi Blade Runner,

1. Called VSC on May 1st, 2002, much to my surprise heard the message since my lawyer had suggested mid to late May, but I called just to calm my nerves ;) and heard the good news. The best time to call is after 8:00pm but at this time you only reach the automatic system where they ask you to punch in your EAC#.

2. I don\'t know if they update the AVM same day, my AD was 04/29/02 and I called 05/01/02.

EB1 I-140

Is I-140 processing time same for all the categories or it\'s different for EB1 category?
 
Any approvals

I have seen lot of approvals in 485 forum but in 140 forum there are no approvals today! Just checking :)

Checked AVM on 05/04/2002

Can you tell me your EAC#? first 8 chars? My RD is Mar-13 and ND is Mar-20. and eac-02-138..

i think EB3 is more faster than EB2
because one of our friend on this board got approval even his and my dates and eac is near about same
