Case Details

Here are our details. WAITING FOR JULY,AS OUR PD WOULD BECOME CURRENT.

EB3 - INDIA
PD - DEC 2003
I-140 - AD 05/2004
I-485 - RD 09/13/2004
EAD - 4TH EAD AD AND VALID UPTO 07/2008(FROM VSC)
AP - 4TH AP APPROVED FOR SELF IN MAY 2007
AWAITING AP APPROVAL FOR MY SON WHOSE E-APPLICATION/PHOTO WAS SENT TO VSC ON THE SAME DATE(02/28/07) WITH MINE. MSG RECD SAYING I-131 APPLICATION IS MOVED TO TSC (THOUGH FILED AT VSC)
1ST FP - 04/2005
2ND FP - 05/2007
INFO PASS APPT - 06/19/07 - IO INFORMED NAME CHECK/SECURITY CHECK CLEARED.
CASE TRFD FROM VSC TO TSC IN THE 1ST WEEK OF MARCH'07.
 
Here's mine:
RIR EB2- 12/2002 - denied
RIR EB3 - 8/2003 - approved Mar 2005
Concurrently applied 140/485 EB3
140 AD: April 15 2005
485 ND: Apr 20 2005
FP1 May 2005
Transfer VSC->TSC: Mar 7 2007 (ND)

I haven't done anything to try to speed along my case - not even sure if NC is done... I may call tomorrow to ask about that.

LUD on my case was updated yesterday, with no message change...
did any of you guys any smililar changes?

Got RFE for me and my wife. Not sure what they are asking this time :(
I have got RFE for 485 couple of years back too.

PD 2001
VSC--> TSC march 15, 2007
 
Got the response for the SR opened on May 08 saying that my case with in the processing time and I need to wait for the another six months. Looks like they are treating the Xfer date as the filing date... This is too much... But I think they willl process our cases some day I dont know when....

did any of you guys any similar changes?

its similar to the ones which va_lc_case had in mid June... maybe because of SR response

For My wife:
LUD: 4/30/07 (Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed) Received FP 2: 05/2007

LUD : 06/22/2007 (My Self and Wife)

EAD3 - RD 06/05/07

I am the primary applicant. I did not receive FP2 yet.
I called my lawyer they told me it is common (I-485 is independent process).

Is any one in same situation?

Look at my signature my last LUD was 4/06/07 the day of my Biometrics and nothing since then until Monday this week 6/25/07...

NSC seems to be processing EB2 now.. most of my ex colleagues ( calif) and friends got approved ( 16 approvals this week).....
 
What's happening to us now after all these LUDs?

I had an Infopass appointment today. Talked to a nice lady and she told me that my name check was clear and they received the finger prints. She also told me that the internal status of my case says that "July visa Number Allocated". She did not know what that meant though but was kind enough to send an email to TSC.
I guess thats irrelevant now, because all EB categories have become unavailable..
