LUD on Approved I-140

Just got FP notice today

There was LUD change on my approved I-140 on 7/7/07, as well as on I-131 approved back in 2004.

I just got my 3rd FP notice today.

I think the LUD on I-140 on 7/7/07 meant FP notice.
 
oh nice!! I hope that is true..will look forward to it...but when I spoke to the IO today she didn't tell e anything about an FP notice...she only asked me if an FP notice was received in April as USCIS sent it out on April 8th.
Did you apply for an EAD? I'm just curious if the FP notice was for an EAD or a 485 app.
Anyways...lets see what others get too...

Flying123, when did you receive your FP notice. since it was only 4 days back we have LUD's your FP might have been ordered even before the LUD(my guess), I have LUD's on I131 and I-140 exactly like you and haven't received the FP notices.

I received the FP notice today. I am in Houston, Texas -- may be closer to TSC and get the mail sooner?:D Please see my signature for details.
 
I think mine could be FP notice as well because my previous FP was in March 06 like Flying 123. Hopefully approvals after the FP ;)

I received the same on July 6th 2007 and my attorney confirmed that I received the third FP notice. I will be visiting my attorney and if possible get my FP done today.

If any of you had any experience with 3rd FP request, please let me know.

LUD on approved I-140 on 06/24/07 and LUD on approved I-131 no 07/07/07.
No FP notice received yet. last FP gave on 03/07/2006.....

I applied my EAD/AP it it because of EAD's and AP, did anyone called USCSIS, I called them yesterday and as per the Custormer support lady, they did not send FP notice but she said they are processing for one(I don't know what does that mean)

Check with your attorney. Mine was dated back, but since attory changed his address, it was delayed for me. I went today but they had a big queue to serve.. so wednesday will be a walk-in day for FP.

Today I spoke with NSC and they said my case was approved. After five minutes another person said, only IO will have all those updates. Not sure why people are guessing with messages.
 
Any update on this ? I had LUD on June20 on all my cases. I called NSC after that two times. I specifically asked for FP. I was told nothing is pending. I have not cluse what this mean.

When I called this week , I was told my case is in staging area.
 
I-140 LUD on 07/07/07

I have the LUD Change on 7/7/7 on My approved I-140. on 7/10/07 We did FP Code-3. Within couple hours we all got approved. Folks Don't worry too much about LUD change on I-140, you will be getting approved very soon.

yes you can use this opportunity to get your I-485 Fp done too. When I went for my infopass, the IO told me that I could also get my I-485 FP done when I go for I-765 appointment *IF* I took the I-485 receipt notice and my previous FP notice.
So use the opportunity to the fullest
Update us after you are done with your FP
