Correction - AVM message is still Received doc not FP notice.
looks like avm not updated. Is anyone\'s case similar.

I am also curious abt that, no AP/EAD for march filers so far ?

Its time that we see atleast AP\'s start coming :) Atleast an RFE means something is going on!
 
Hmm... I haven\'t received FP though ND is ahead of you

I filed out of CT. My ND is ahead of you. I haven\'t received the FP notice yet. Don\'t know how the FP is scheduled. How does it work?

Since CT seems the fastest for FP based on the March Tracker, I think I can expect the FP notice next week.

If u r a april filer.
Even if u would have filed on april 1st, It would have reached on april 2nd. ND might be 15 days after that, say 15th, So did they aprove in less than 10 days. it is strange. can u give more details please

Got 485 reciept notice on 4/19/02 in mail, went to local INS office on 4/24/02 with filled I-765s, got both EAD 2.5 hour later.

Useless update

Getting bored & tired from hoping to see some EAD/AP notices:

So Just got my bank statement:
All Checks cashed on 4/11, incase someone wants to update the file, though it is a useless date from a processing standpoint.....

My attorney thinks I should get EAD / AP by mid May. Hope so....., although, he has been wrong on several occasions in the past, and not in a good way!!

So the wait goes on.........

No news yet about primary EAD, AP and FP.

ND: APR 14TH
RECIEPT: EAC-02-160-XXXXX
FPND: APR 17TH
FP: MAY 17TH
 
because my LC took almost 4 yrs.

I don\'t why mine was too long. Now I just wish everything will be ok on this step. Good luck for all of us!
 
igwait..was yours in NY City and Regular..

Mine was EB3-Regular-and NY City. Mine applied on 04/09/1998 was approved in 11/2001, nearly 3 1/2 years, that sucked,
 
help need for fingerprint

Good news, I got my fingerprint notice.

FP:04/18/02 (scheduled at 05/28/02)

I hurt two of my fingers when I was 8 years old. These two fingers have no complete image.

What shuld I do?
