My First FP was in June 2002. We moved after the RFE was generated. Probably that triggered the second FP notice.

I may have to mv in Jan from OH to NJ, just wondering if I should keep my OH house for 1-2 months more as a gamble or vacate house in Jan and file Change Of Address? Any suggestions?

I did move just after the RFE was generated, though I didn't know about the RFE till after I moved. We did file the AR-11 forms and asked our attorney to send a letter to NSC.

Just stick to one you have

If I have choice I'll NOT go for this silly process

Ext'nd your OH stay for one-two months

Just sparing 1-2 months rent and not risking your GC is a very wise thing

RFE received

My RFE was received on 11/18/03. Online status updated. We'll see how many more painful and endless days I have wait this time around.

RFE EVL

I received an RFE for EVL and my husband had to show documents that we are married together
 
Online status says"This case has been approved. On November ...............an approval notice was mailed...........


Does it mean I am done?

Mine came after 5 days of replying.
I guess it depends on the officer whom the case is assigned.
Mine first FP was done late in November,02 apparently first was still valid so no need to do 2nd FP, I guess
