Anyone applied/planning to apply 3rd EAD?

FEB/MAR 2002

HAS ANYBODY APPLIED/PLANNING TO APPLY FOR 3rd EAD CARD ?

OR R U FOLKS still planning to wait for 2-3 months for some miracle to happen?
 
I applied my third EAD and AP last week and am still waiting for the receipt.

BTW, saw some RFE's on Rupnet for Feb!!!!

Got EAD Receipt

I applied my third EAD on Sept. 25 and just got the receipt forwarded by my attorney. By the way, just run the script and here is some activities of 02-124 series:

I guess you did not read the title of the thread. If your RD is in Oct 2002, it certainly goes way beyond "little more optimistics ....". You should start another thread on the lines of "Incredibly Optimistics, Even If No Activity" or something!:)

The doc submitted is not sufficient to warrant favorable consideration of ur petition. Foll is reqd:
List of ur emp history since ur last lawful admission to include name of each employer, date of emp, primary duties, job req, title & wage This should be also accompanied by doc evidence that establishes ur employment history.
Such evidence may include but is not limited to the following:
Form W2 wage and tax statements
Pay stubs
Cancelled checks(both sides)
Complete copies of Federal Income Tax Returns(Form 1040)
Or other documentation which confirms your employment history. This evi should serve to identify ur current & prospective employer & all previous employers since UR LAST LAWFUL ADMISSION

What are these "Cancelled checks" ?

Are those the pay check we received?
In that case we have to get it from employer right?
 
Cancelled check is a check which is VOIDED(with $0 payment)

My present company provides me a Cancelled check with the paystub, so I will send front & back of it; don't know why INS needs it

I guess I have a touch RFE :mad: :mad:

According to my knowledge a canncelled check is , when you issue a check to a person/company , that will come back to you from your bank after it has been paid , along with next statement.

This check is called "cancelled check". This check serves sometimes as receipt of payment.

dhairya I will suggest you to check with lawyer or bank employee before replying your rfe.

Exactly the same thing I was refering to.

It's a proof that "check of certain amount" was given to somebody and "was deposited" . It shows the transaction.

Void Checks does not have anything to do on its back side.

But these checks when received back, have code numbers on back and hence copy of back side is asked by them(USCIS).

So in this case we have to request our employer to give copies to us . Right???
