BTW has anyone got this "Cancelled check" notice from INS?

Anyhow, the letter states:
"
Such evidence may include but is not limited to the following:
Form W2 wage and tax statements
Pay stubs
Cancelled checks(both sides)
"

Look at this line:
Such evidence may include but is not limited to the following
Maybe INS wants me to send them either
Pay stubs
or
Cancelled checks(both sides)?

If that is true then I can just send Pay-stubs, why they want BOTH Pay-stubs & Cancelled checks?
 
Online message said my third EAD and AP were approved on 11/04/03. RD for them are 09/25/03.

Fp was done on 6th April 2002, rd : 4th Feb 2002 , ND : 8th Feb 2002. I have applied for EAD. No news yet neither on RFE nor on FP.
 
Just checked the website today. My info says RFE sent yesterday.
RD/ND around Feb-18/Mar-22 (don't remember the exact dates).

I sent my papers to lawyer. Guess he should send to INS by this week.

I received RFE too

My RD is 2/15/02 and I just sent to my lawyer employment verification letter in response to an RFE. Hopefully she'll forward it onto CIS this week.

I just got the RFE from my lawyer. It's about 2 things:

(1) A new employment letter
(2) My medical examination report is incomplete. The doctor forgot to write something.

Hopefully I'll be able to resolve those soon. Will post details later.

Forgot to mention, I received the 2nd Finger Printing Notice yesterday. Scheduled for Thanksgiving week.

My is also the same case. Talked to company Lawyer, he says he is ready but is waiting for my "Great" company's HR guys to send him employment letter etc.
Mine is also a swadesi company so they also follow the same;
I'll have to wait for some more days b'fore my lawyer replies the RFE.

This thread was created to depict RFE/Approvals for Feb and March 02
Now if u see the Rupnet(which is not even 5% of actual), there are two approvals from March & now 2 from Feb
(ONE WAS APPROVED TODAY FEB 15 RD)
Rfes are 25 from Feb and 8 from march. So some progress is there.
I had started this thread in Sept, at that time yes we were optimistic !!!!
but now we are getting some stuff out, I got RFE, u got RFE,
so people are posting some info and we have a
ray of hope .......
