RD 06/12 ND 08/09 AD 05/01 !

Wow, I was approved on 05/01. I checked the AVM last night, it said the \'response to RFE received....\', And when I checked the AVM at 2:30 PM today, the AVM said I was approved on 05/01.

Actually the RFE was issued on 03/14 and the response to RFE was received by INS on 03/28.

Huh, what a relief !!!

Congrats and a question

Congratulations, GC-hoper! My RFE is similar to yours, also asking for I-20. I sent it out Last friday and they\'ve got it. Now I\'m a little concerned about that the I-20 my wife used (on F-2) to enter the U.S. was not stamped though her passport and I-94 was. She didn\'t know that I-20 needs stamping at entrance since that was her first time here. Do you have any clue about this?

Anybody has similar message?

Message says \'On May 4th we received response to RFE. It usually takes 360 to 540 days. however as initial processing is completed it will take 540 days\'

Rfe issued on apr 17th
response recceived on May 1st.
The message says it may take 360 to 540 days.
 
Mine too RD 7/12 RFE issue on 4/23 Received 4/28 Response Received May 4th

AVM - "Received response and will take 360 - 540 bla bla"

I just sent the reply to the RFE a few days back...my AVM hasn\'t changed as yet.....what was the time gap after you sent the reply and the AVM message changed for you....

I almost lost my patience for the past month. Last night I heard from AVM "This case has been approved..." Is nightmare over now?

RFE: need help

I talked to IIO yesterday they are sending a RFE to me too. But i applied for 129f. Wonder what possibly they need ? RFE for 129f k-1 visa. is n\'t it a bit odd

REF genarted on 29th March 2002,Requesting the fallowing documents.
1)employment Letter.
2)Passport all pages.
3)Visa stamp page.
4)Page showing last entry date to USA(In Passport).
5)Two years Tax Returns inclung all Schedules.
6)Two years W2.
7)6 Months Pay stubs.

Mine,my wife and son cases are approved on May 10th.

I am waiting to reply to RFE as my wife is coming back in june firstweek

actually she left on H4 adn did not apply for AP (she just applied for her AOS)
we still not have got her AP so guess given the timeline of two weeks after RFE received I should wait one more week to send it

any idea

can she come back on AP if I loose my status
she did not approved AP before she leave
 
RFE Issued Apr 29th haven\'t received yet

Experts can you please throw some light on this. RFE issued for what I don\'t know yet. I saw most of them receive within 10 days atleast. I am worried because attorney\'s office called INS on May 10th late afternoon to find out that RFE is printed but not generated yet and it might take another 2 weeks. Is this the norm? Should I wait for 4 weeks to get to know what my RFE is about?
