List of RFE waiters (started 03/26/2002)

The RD of my I-485 is 6/23/2001. By that time I was 7 months pregnant and test TB positive, and didn\'t do the X-ray. Am I going to get a RFE because of that? Anybody has the same case? My case is still pending. Thank you very much.
 
RFE issued on 2/25/02, received on 3/04/02, reply received by VSC on 3/18/02

RFE - Employment letter and 3 paystubs.
 
RFE received

I received RFEs from my lawyer on 3/23 and replied on 3/26. They are both asking for suppplemental form to i-693. Please update.

i-693 is the form for Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status

The supplemental form needs some more info that is not covered in i-693. It takes just a few munites for the doctor to finish the whole process. But for us, we have to suffer much much more time.

templegate, did your doctor forgot to include the supplemental form or there is some info missing from that form. me and my wife got the same AVM msgs, still waiting for the RFEs.

btw, when did your lawyer received the rfes.

Just heard on AVM. Hopefully, it is true.
Approved on March 25 for me, wife and child. Waiting for approval notice.

How long it takes now ?

Congratulations to brf6.
It looks like after RFE was received by INS it took 3 weeks
to process it... Are they slowing down ? Couple of weeks ago it was taking about 1 week.
My RFE was only: "Letter for perspective employee" - 03/13/02 by INS
How frequently they update the AVM ?
What do you think...
