Hey I Just Heard, My case is approved on May 15th.

Finally, heard the great news.

Ususally when IIO tells you that you will get RFE, that doesn\'t mean you will get it right away, I believe it takes from a couple of weeks to one month for RFE to be actually mailed out then you will hear the AVM\'s update which says the date when the RFE is sent out. Don\'t worry I think you will receive it soon. Just prepare for the possible requests like pay stubs or W-2 or employment letters. So you can response as quickly as possible

thanks guys for all the comforting words.....

I will check my AVM tonight and let you guys know about the status.....

hopefully some good news.....all the guys whose case dates (RFE) were close to mine got approved....like bottleguys, nnm_2, Sekhar_, upside_down.......hopefully mine will be soon....I am getting so tired of this waiting game.....
