Checks cashed

All my checks were cashed today. Now waiting for the receipts.

Nothing to worry. I have seen few people who filed theirs in JULY 2nd still waiting. Yours will come along, give it another week. In somecases, your check might been encashed. Check with your company or if you filed from your check, you may get the 13 digit number from the back of the check.

Thanks for the explaination. There have been no updates since 9/25. However on the flip side, both me and my spouse received our EADs.

LUD stands for Latest Update Date. You have to create a profile in USCIS webpage and update your application number in it. Once they touch your application for whatever purpose or access your petition, you will get an email regarding the update. You can also log on to their site and find out when was the last time LUD being changed.

Yep. Your lawyer will get the receipts, ask him to send you a copy or in some case they will just forward you the original. I will say you will get it by Tuesday. Wonderful news. Cheers!!!

You are most welcome. Your EAD and AP and AOS all should have different application number I think. (not sure since I didn't apply these). You may have to check your EAD application number for LUD. But in anycase, its a good news.

Recd FP notice

Labordrags, that is correct, all 3 applications have different Receipt numbers. (just fyi)

LUD still remains a mystery. Yesterday when I had checked last updated date, it was still 9/25. However, in the mail we recd 2 copies for 2 applications (i.e. 4 appt notices) for BioMetrics. :rolleyes:
 
Today received receipts for all apps from NSC including me, my wife and daughter..

I485/EAD/AP - Mailed to TSC on 08/14/2007

I-485: RD=08/15/2007 ND=10/06/2007 LUD=10/11/2007
I-765: RD=08/15/2007 ND=10/06/2007 LUD=10/11/2007

EAD Card Production Ordered

Received e-mail from CRIS for EAD card production ordered (for both myself & spouse). Please see signature for detail.

How long after you received the receipts in hand were you able to add them to your online portfolio at the USCIS website?

I am still not able to add them. It tells me that I'm trying to add receipts that do not exist in the system. I think the website might be behind but I'm trying to figure out by how much.
 
Though the ND is 10/4/2007, I got the receipt # from my attorney's office on the 17th, and was able to check it online on the same day.

Thanks another fella. It looks like it would be about 2 weeks lag. Wow, that's a lot by any means.

Another thought, the number comes like this:

SRC-XX-XXX-XXXXX

but I can only enter 13 characters and it wants the first to be three letters (i.e. SRC). Which leaves out the dashes so I tried entering the numbers as:

SRCXXXXXXXXXX

Is this correct or should I do this differently?
 
In my case, I got the receipt numbers from back of my checks and I was able to enter the receipt numbers on the same day.
Yes, you have to enter the receipt numbers as SRCXXXXXXXXXX with out any "-".

Interestingly, today I was able to add the I765 receipt number to my portfolio but not the other two (I485 and I131). Yesterday I reported that I could not add either of them. As you see in my sig., it already shows that EAD card production was ordered yesterday.

Seems like the updates are coming from various places or such. I've seen other people mentioning the online status is not updated and not in sync with the actual status of applications.
