jnpr, it appears you are one of the first to receive the receipt by mail from NSC. My I-485 was delivered to NSC on 06/04 morning. Expecting to get receipt in 2 weeks. Will post the details when I get it.
 
count me in too. My PD is March 2003, EB2,NSC . Filed 485/ap/ead which reached NSC on June 5th,2007. Yet to receive the receipt notice. Checks not yet cleared.

I checked my application is also mailed to Nebrasaka. My I140 also approved in May last month from Texas. 485 Application reached on May 31st to Nebrasaka. My PD is 2000 / EB3. Have't received receipts yet. NSC will forward it to Texas and it may add 2-3 days additional to get the receipts. This may be good one way because as per the instruction I485 suppose to send to Nebrasaka and we are followed it.

My lawyer informed me that he has filed the I-485, I-131 and I-765 for me and my wife on June 6th 2007. He also informed me that I am going to get the receipt notice and we will fax the notice to him for his record. Can anyone please confirm who is supposed to get the receipt notice? (He didn’t ask me anything related to G-28, is it the reason?)

In addition he filed the extension of my wife H4 last May 22nd 2007 and I haven’t heard anything of that case yet. How long doest it take for H4 receipt and who is suppose to get the receipt notice and approval?

All received on June 1, Notice dates June 5.

since i can use the edit feature on my posts i will be able to regularly update this particular post. maybe i should

Justchill - thanks for keeping this information together.

Today, my attorney sent me all 3 receipt notices from TSC (485/765/131) via email. I did not receive them in mail, not sure if I am going to. All the 3 notices have Received Date - 06/01 and Notice Date - 06/05. The LUD online shows 06/07 on all the three. Will keep you all posted any further updates.

Here are my details, my PD is pretty close to HS16. Attorneys email says "In approximately 45 days you will receive receipt notices...bla...bla...!". That means i should see some receipt notices in my mail box soon.

MINE IS SAME AS YOURS. MY I-140 WAS CLEARED AT TSC. MY LAWYER SENT PACKAGE TO NSC AND THEY RECEIVED IT ON 6/7/07. NO RECEIPTS. WAITING LIKE YOU. KEEP IN TOUCH SO WE CAN TRACK OUR APPLICATIONS.

i just found the third check was cleared, three days after the first and second checks.

RD - as per onlien status - 6/8/07
AD - 6/11/07 @ NSC (approved in 2 business days!!!!)

Yet to recieve receipts on the 485/131/765

My I140-PP/485/ead/ap filed on 06/07/07. Nothing heard after that. Any one know how much time will it take to get EAD. My H1 expiring soon.
