htgcc - I am in the same boat as you are. I heard that there are quite a few people in similar status. One of the pals in the forum noted that the FP is based on the availability of the appointment dates at the local location. May be you and me are stuck in the high traffic locations :)
 
Too many LUD's on I485 mean closer to approval.

Well the LUD on Aug 17th on my I485 application was for my address change according to IO and my name check was pending when i checked with them on Aug 21st.

Received FP from NSC

Spouse received FP notice from NSC. Scheduled on Sept 14. Code 3

Still waiting for mine. I am the primary applicant.
 
4th LUD on I-485 in last 6 days

Today I got 4th LUD in the last 6 days on I-485 for my spouse and myself. Yesterday I got I-140 approved as well though it was concurrently filed in June and obviously was not premium processing. Anyone seen these many LUDs on 485 so close to each other? Also, can I call the IO on that 800 number and ask if name check is done and at what stage is I-485? Any suggeestions welcome.

I filed concurrently. My friend's wife applied around 45 days before me (around early to Mid April). Her I-140 is approved (not filed premium here as well) but not her 485. She filed concurrently as well. She has got her EAD and AP though.

Hi red123,

How come your 485 approved that fast......is there any special process?...i know they can assign visa number but rest of the things are same i.e like background checks..etc...

Can i expect my approval soon?
 
Finally got fp notice

finally got fp notice today, fp date is sept 14th. I think the reason is I am from bay area which is severly backlogged in fingerprinting appointments as well.
 
I also got 4 LUDs on 485 & 765 this week. Hopefully some good news.

Finger printing done on 8/17. After that seing LUDs on my 485 on 8/17/ 8/18, 8/21 and 8/23. No LUDS on 131 or 765. Does it mean something.

I am in similar boat. Priority date of March 2002, FP done on 8/17, saw 4 LUDs on 485 since then, but none on EAD or AP. I was thinking of calling IO today for that.

Would you guys add your cases on trackitt.com? Especially those of you who had any recent approvals.. It is amazaing that concurrent filings are moving so fast!
Btw, I got a LUD on my I-131 on August 22 but nothing since then. I will keep you posted.
