Let\'s track finger print notice (RD>5/2001)

Should the PD on FP Notice be the RD of I485 Application? Or Am I missing something

Thats the way it is on my FP Notice.
Please comment!
 
I have same question. the PD on FP notice is the RD of I485 now.

So, maybe this is the way INS works. What\'s the matter of PD now since you already filed I485?:)
 
Who got the FP notice?

For those of you who already got the FP notice, the FP notice was sent to you directly or to your attorney?

Received my FP Notice today and my 485 recepit date is 07/20/01.

I have checked the AVM this evening and did not hear any change in the message. Later checked my mail and surprisingly saw couple of INS documents. You guessed it right. I have received the notice for the Finger printing. The notice date on the document is 10/23/01, and received the mail today. The receipt date of my I485 at INS Vermont is July 20, 2001 and priority date is July 20, 2001. The appointment for FP at Sacramento INS office is 11/23/01. Received notices for my self and for my spouse.
 
What EAC# did you enter?

milk , what EAC# did you enter to the Finger printing information?
Does FP has its own EAC# or should I use I-485 EAC#. Please reply

You should use your 485 EAC #. I don\'t think FP has its own EAC#.
485 EAC number is the only one, you should be using all the time, until you get the approval.
