Says AVM. RD 6/28/01, ND 8/16/01. Will update infitime when I receive the notice.

Please throw some light on how the FP notices works.. who sends the notices? Local INS or VSC? And in the past how did it work.. MA gets a batch, and then other states? hope others won\'t be left out for too long. I\'d appreciate (so as many others reading this) any information on this.
 
FP Notice Received Scheduled on Nov 29

My priority date was 6/9/2000. But in my FP Notice both Received Date and Priority dates are showing 6/29/2001.Is this typo?Gurus could you clarify this
