Hi My visa is expiring on 20th oct 2003. I need to bring my family before that with the preset employer. Once they come here I need to change my employer also. For their stamping Do I need to go to India . let me know the procedure.

-- Your spouse should get H4 Visa from Consulted based on your H1 papers and valid status and all required documents should be sent to your dependents and they should go to consulted for H4 visa
Once they come here I need to change my employer also. For their stamping Do I need to go to India. let me know the procedure.
