Hi all, my co-worker's labor was approved. His labor was approved on June 22 and was informed only today. I don't whether the delay was with DOL or Law office.

Got an email from my employer last Friday that my labor got approved. At least things are not stagnant as it was in the past.

Have you received the certified ETA 750?

My employer and I also received the final determinatin letters on July 6. but my attorney has not received the final certified ETA 750 yet.

This is INSANE!!!

I FILED MY CASE IN NOVEMBER of 2001...AND NOW ITS JULY 2006!!! so it has almost been 5 years!!! I mean what are they doing? What is taking so long?!!!???

PPL who filed there cases in 2002 are getting there labor certifications before ppl who filed there cases in 2001!!! I mean why?!?...Doesn't that seem unfair? What is BPC doing!!!???

I already got mine 45 day letter in May of 2005 and replied back the very next day...It has been 1 year since that day. And still haven't recieved any LC!!!!!! Can anyone put some light on this?!? I'll appreciate it...THANK YOU!!!

first, try to put more info in ur signature, like mine,
and next, ask ur manager to call this number-202-693-3010 and ask about ur case status, make sure u have the D or the P number,(this can be found on ur 45 day letter). if ur manager wont call for you, try some girl, who has an accent, and pretend to be ur manager for 5 minutes... let her call and find out what's going on!!

if urs was an rir case already cleared state and transferred to BEC from regional, you may be in little luck...

45 day leter from PBEC: ~ FEB 2005

When the hell will they get to me? Long live FIFO.

I saw the name Barbara Shelly from the other thread.
It seems like PBEC is processing those with RDs. I'm hoping for the best :)

We have almost the same PD (11/02) but I haven't received my labor certification yet. It might be on the way. Anyway, what would be your next step... file I-140?

It took more than one month to receive the certified LC.

Wish everyone get the approval soon!
