LC Approvals from PBEC ( new)

finally Labor approved

hi folks,
Today I opened my mailbox and found a letter from PBEC stating that My labour has been approved . finally sigh of relief, Thank you to all of you guys for helping me whenever I needed.

Certifying officer is Barbara Shelly.

Certication date is 27 Jul 2006.

I got a same approval letter from same certifying officer - Barbara Shelly. However ETA 750A and 750B are not enclosed in the letter even the letter says they are enclosed. Do you have 750A abd 750B in your letter?

I received the final determination letter from Ms. Barbara Shelly (Certifying officer, BEC) indicating that my ETA 750 has been certified. My employer also received the similar envelope with orginal ETA 750.

I felt a little bit sad/relief when finally my labor was approved. It was a 49 months wait. I was wordless.

Approved: July 17 2006

Now it seems they process as they promised FIFO.

Good to see few approvals from PBEC. I just got to know about this forum. Below are my details. I hope PBEC might process my labor within next 12 months. Pl. add to the tracker.

PD: June 2003.
State (LC Filed): Ky (Cleared state in July/Aug 2003)
Labor Status: Pending from PBEC.
Labor Approval: ?????
H1B: 9th year.

Today morning I got an email from the HR Manager saying that they rcvd my labor approval and must contact the company lawyer to take up further steps. The approval date is not known yet.

last 10 days we saw at least 20-30 approvals. I think its good news.speicially from NY(forgotton state) i saw 5 approvals. dost When are you going to update the tracker I am curious to see how much we improved from last month.
