Does both company and lawyer receives the LC approval notice?
I saw from other threads that some approvals were mailed directly to the beneficiary. Is it always the case?

In my case both received final determination letter and employer has not received any enclosed 750 form.
I have not yet checked with lawyer regarding ETA 750 form.
I hope your approval letter is also in the mail as your PD is before mine.

Hi People,

Finally, I am fortunate to get out of this mess! My attorney sent an email saying my labor is approved.

GCMD0203, can you please tell me specific reasons to file I-140 and I-485 (?!?!?) before end of July ? I think the retrogressed date for filing I-485 is April 1, 2001, right ? Then how can avala file it in July ?

this should be good news and hope for others:

my case was filed july 2002 together with 5 or 6 others from our company. everybody got their 45 day letter late last year except me.

the 1st week of june 2006, I asked our lawyer to follow up on my 45 day letter. Finally I got my 45 day letter June 14, 2006.

the best news is I got my labor cert approved June 29, 2006

Long time silent reader of this forum. This is a great forum.

I want to share one good news with you that my LC has been approved. Notice was received on June 30, 2006.

Lawyer told me that approvals with PD around end of 2002 and Jan of 2003 were coming out in random order. Just hanging there, we all will get through this LC crap soon.

Now did you say EB2 & PD:11-19-2002 ? Don't know whether you are already working on this... if not do whatever it takes to file your 140 & 485 before July 31. After July 31st EB2 is unavailable.

My lawyer sent me an email that my Labor Certification was alreaedy approved. I never yet receive a copy and I will post here the details once i have the information. Its been 3 years and 8 months that i've been waiting for this blessings. Thank you for your help and support to this website. More Power!!! Appreciate your help, esp SAKNIA.

Wanted to share the good news with all of you. I heard from the lawyers on 07/18 that my LC was certified. I do not know the date of certification.

Actually, my manager had called the 202 number a week back (on 07/10) and was told that the analyst had recommended my case to be certified, but it was not certified then.

Don't know if that triggered them to go ahead and certify and send the letter to the lawyers -- Or, if the case was really certifed but, the "nice man" did not want to say that.

In anycase, it is certified now. We have started the procedure to file I-140/485 before end of this month, as numbers become unavialable after that.
