Yes, I received the the labor cert. today from PBEC.
Priority date: 12/30/2002
45 day letter received 03/25/2005.
State: VA

We are going to apply EB2 and the visa number is current.
I also won DV 2007, I think I amgoing to do EB2 instead of DV.

Category : EB2 - RIR (MS in CS with 5 years experience)
State : VA

Hello Hope givers,

My PD is Sept 2003, from Atlanta GA. Any 2003 approvals. And also so far I have been seeing only RIR approvals. Mine is non-RIR.... Does it matter? Please advise. Sorry for posting a non approval post on this site... but you can imagine my mental status.

yesterday my colleague recvd approval copy in mail. Priority Date is 12/02/02. Other information not know.
 
I have been a silent member of this board since very long time. Finally, after a wait of almost 4 years my labor got approved on Friday 27th June.Its been a long and frustrating wait till these idiots/bufoons acted on my case at PBEC. Good Luck to everybody...I am moving on to the next frustrating level i.e is file for 140 and then w8 for the jokers at INS to wake up.... :rolleyes:

Finally ....got it !!

Guys,

Finally I received the mail from my lawyer saying my LC has been approved after waiting for more than 54 months. Needless to say it had been a hard and frustrating wait for me and my spouse. I am glad that its finally over. At one time I gave up the hope for GC. I feel for the guys who are waiting before me and pray that you get yours sooner.

This forum had been a great support during this wait. We have some very active members and I think their efforts have produced some results. We might not see a direct impact but it is visible.

For me it is another wait in the Visa line as I am in EB3(thanks to my stupid lawyer).

Guys,

My attorney received my approval letter this morning. My details are in my signature.

I had the PERM process started a while ago; everything was ready, we were planning to file it this week. Then I received this approval letter when I lost all hope from PBEC. Frankly, I was thinking they never received my 45-day letter and closed my case or something, just like many other in this forum. Now is there any harm to file with PERM regardless? When PERM comes through, I can still keep my old PD, right? I am from a non-retrogressed country, but still.... When something happens after wait of 4 years, you don't wanna take any chance.

I want to thank everyone here. Even though I didn't write much, I have been reading this daily and learned so much. Thanks again.... And wish you all good luck.
