My labor certification was finally approved! Final Determination letter dated on May 31st, arrived today.

245(i), RIR
45 day letter in April 2005
Approved 5/31/06
Priority Date: April 30th 2001

Yes. I contacted VA senator and they contacted DOL three weeks back.
I think it helped to get into the case.

You can just call your local senator and explain the situation to the immigration counsel. You can fax the LC case details to them and they will take care of the rest. There is no format for letter. Just talk to your local senator...

VA April 2002 RIR EB2 Approved Yesterday

Finally... I have been informed by my lawyer yesterday that my labor was approve. She was notified by the mail. I do not know when my labor was approved.

Thank you very much for all the information in this forum and good luck guys waiting for labor.
 
pls can u let me know, is there any approval in March 2003. Long awaiting for my labor approval????

Happy to report that my VA Labor has been approved.

Details:

VA, State Application filed in Nov 2002


I think its a EB2, since my lawyer is talking about filing I140/485 simultaneously.

Two cases from may-2002 from our company have got approved yesterday. There is hope and they are revisiting the cases. Your turn will be soon. God knows when my time will come.
