LC Approvals from PBEC ( new)

a possibility

a couple of my friends, at least 4 of them with PD in 2002 filed LC from Philly already got their green card in 2005. The process used to be very fast in Philly. All their case has nothing to do with PBEC and visa regression. Maybe that is why we only see other states' approvals.

I have a question. If someone has any additional info on it. By looking at previous posts, it looks like PBEC is approving more of other states as compared to Philadelphia cases. I am not sure if thats the case, but you look at the trend thats what i can derive out of it. They used to be the fastest amongs labor processing centers in past and employers preffered Pennsylvania over any other state(provided they had offices there and lots of them actually did) for filing labor. I am not really sure whats going on there. Is it just me or anyone else has noticed the same thing too, because i find it hard to believe that amongst flurry of approvals there are so less of people from Pennsylvania region. Saknia, Gurus .. please chip in with your comments.

Detailed Info on NJfarmer case

It's New Jersey state case. RIR EB2. I received 45D letter on September 24 and the attorney replied on 10/01/05.

NY RIR labor certified (PD: Feb 2002)

2 weeks after my 45 day letter reply, I was surprised to get a letter from PBLC to my home address indicating that my labor was certified on May 30th. Looks like PBLC is looking at early 2002 now.

Great news. Got my LC approval for my EB2 RIR filing from California on June 08th. Just recieved news yesterday from my attorney.

Finally my LC got approved. I just got an email from my Attorney. I was not expecting at all. It is a big suprise to me. I don't know what triggered my case to be touched by Backlog Elimination center. But around 15 days ago, my immigration attorney requested for proof LC for 9th year extention. Though the case went to regional, wrong case status "State" is mentioned in the proof of LC . He had pursued on that by sending an email to PBEC.

Here are the case details.

PD: 10/29/03, EB2/RIR
State: GA
Went to regional: Dec/03
45 day letter: Mar/April 2005, replied back with in 20 days.
Approved: Got an email from attorney on 06/12/06. Not sure on which date exactly it got approved.

This forum is great. It really provides a wealth of information. Good luck and thanks to every body.

Received the letter today directly from PBEC (just the copy of the covering letter sent to my lawyer).

Happy that my long wait for labor is over. I guess I am the luckier one among all unlucky people :) Moving on to the next step. Wish you all all the best in your wait for labor approval.

Finally I got my LC approval after 3 years of waiting!!! I couldn't believe that
Here is the details:
PD 07/2003, Non-RIR, FL, Regional.
45 days letter - 01/2006.
In my company there are ~ 30 pending cases in PBEC, only few of them are approved - 2 from 2001, 2 from 2003 and 1 from 2004. At the same time there are ~ 6-7 cases from 2001 still pending...
