Hello All,

Were there any other Remanded to Employer approvals for CA DOL LCs ?

The last one was ceebee's .... hope the trend continues....I am getting anxious as days go by without any news on mine - was in the same time frame as ceebee's

Retest Labor Market -

Hey Ceebee,

You have said "Retest Labor Market" - June 24th...is this the date of receipt of this notice or the date on which your company responded to the notice....

Please reply - it will help me estimate the ETA for mine and give me some ammo to pursue my lawyers.

That was when my attorney informed me that they had received the notice from DOL.
According to the attorney DOL responded within a weeks time after we submitted our response.

SESA processing Sep 5th RIR and Apr 16th

Just called, will call again mid / late next week. Please don't call!

Going by the numbers July - august alone is approx. 6000 and from September '01 to Jan'02 only aprrx. 8000. Whats ur number i donot see it in the list Can u update it.

How long before transfer to DOL?

CASE: PD: 8/13/01 RIR EB2

SESA reviewed around 6/7/02

Result: SESA sent a letter asking for amendment to adjust my salary requirement back in June. We have proceed with the adjustment and signed the amendment paperworks back to them end of June. It has been almost a month already still have not receive any letter regarding my case being transfer to SF DOL. Anybody know or heard of similar case, have any idea how long will the transfer occur. Thanks for your help.
