Labor Processing Times in California Due to 245i Part6

lost document

My lawyer told me no need to worry cause I\'m in labor status. I suppose they only lost document in INS not labor department.

Which date should I track ?

I know three dates related my LC application (currently pending at DOL SF) -
1. The date on which SESA transferred it to DOL (Feb 26)
2. The date on which DOL received it (March 6th) according to the automated status response system
3. The day DOL sent a receipt notice (May 7th)

Which of these dates should I track to estimate how long it will take for them to process it?

I was under the impression that the DOL always goes by the RD.
Can anyone please confirm.

CA SESA Question

My Application was sent to Sacramento on Sep20 2001 in RIR any idea when this may go to SFO for Federal?
 
HI guys August 20th case transferred to SFDOl.

HI Guys,
One of my freinds LC PD 08/20/01 has been transferred to SFDOL fifteen days before as per his companies attorney. He donot have any information on the case number and dates.
 
Few messages above i have posted a Tracking list

If we can update that with even DOL Approvals and actions and upload it it would be great.

My PD is Aug 17th and I still haven\'t heard from my lawyers...
Just Called up SESA and it processing Aug 9th 2001

Question about this process

Hello

My case # is 1387xx with P.D. of 9/26/2001

I\'m trying to understand these postings, do you know when my case ends or will be processed? In my letter they said to have response back on April/2002, but I have received nothing yet.

Aug 09 2001 RIR case transferred to DOL on 05/24/2002

Hi,
  I dnot know how these stupid people do the processing. I had called the EDD office in the morning and lady said they were actually processing Aug\'09 date. Then how come my case is already transferred ??

  So it is quite possible that Aug\'28 case may have been transferred too. I also asked her about this issue of Aug\'28 case having been already processed and she said that it is impossible.

Well i feel everything is possible. Please check with ur lawyers to be on the safe side.
 
As of today (5/29) 08/09/2001 for RIR, 4/13/2001 non-RIR

So, I don\'t know where does info about late August cases being transferred come from. As far as I know, when they tell they process 8/9 they mean that they process cases from 8/9 or before, not 8/9 or later.
