I got my greencard through my husband (employment based). I want to apply for citizenship now, but I am separated from my husband. I just want to know if there is going to be problem in citizenship (as I am not living with my husband now). Do they ask for marriage certificate or things like that?

What kind of documents do they ask during citizenship process?

You should be fine. When did you get your GC, and when did you separate.

Don't see any problem. And GC derived as spouse of employment based primary GC
is totally different from a marriage based GC and is much less scritinized.

Yes, they sometimes ask for your marriage certificate. But given that your GC is employment-based and you are applying with the regular 5 year rule, it is unlikely they will ask for any more documents related to your marriage.
 
agree with previous posts..just need to disclose the divorce in N-400 application and be ready to provide a divorce document during interview.

Expect to be asked for marriage certificate and possibily legal seperation documentation (if applicable).
