Waiting Period!!

Thats it folks! Most of us got the EAD and AP. As no Visa Numbers are available all we can do is wait!!

I am hoping we get movement some movement with Eb3 dates with the next fiscal year (Oct'07 Bulletin).

We are back to square one. Unless, folks here with PD prior to Apr 2001.

What you guys think, will there we any movements in coming months?

I am thinking they are very conservative with the dates, and could see some movement in coming months.

Any thoughts??

November 2007 Visa Bulletin

There has been no forward movement of the Employment cut-off dates for November. State Department explains that the reason for this is that it is still too early to see what impact the movement of the cut-off dates toward the end of FY-2007 may have on demand. Depending on the rate of demand being received from Citizenship and Immigration Services offices for adjustment of status cases, some forward movement of dates may be possible for December

Thats a good news! Atleast they are working on EB3 Cases
 
Dec'07 Bulletin!!

Its very disappointing, and looks like we wont have any movement in coming months, may be even years!!! :eek:

I think we should be happy that we were at least able to file I-485 and were able to secure EAD/AP/Portability....:)

Thats it folks..........by the time we get our approval...i think this thread will disappear :confused:

Jan'08 Bulletin - EB3

Will there be any movement (EB3) in coming months??
I am hoping EB3 will advance by couple of months. Any thoughts?? :confused:

That's right I agree with you, there will be a movement in next bulletin b'cuz since several months we haven't seen much EB3 approvals mean they didn't used numbers for EB3. In this link I found one EB3 date on July 2001

Mp PD is around same time as yours. Look at my signature.
I was also hoping there will be at least some movement (move the dates to 1st Jan 2002 for EB3 for India).
As i don't see many approvals. They were on 8th May 2001 anyway before the mess which was like
in May/June and backlog center were almost done.

One day United states of America will become Russia once all the educated people leave this country for safety and oppurtunity elsewhere. Seeing all this gun shots in school and colleges and all world terrorists eyeing to bomb United states makes me think am I really safe in this land of oppurtunity? We might be in a wrong assumption that this country is better than any country in the world. It looks like the other way around. Now a days most Indian nationals tend to go invest in their own country than try to stay in America. Guys in reality is it worth waiting more than half of your life for a peice of Plastic?. It seems like we need to find our strength and say once in for all enough is enough and leave this country together for our Mother land. ladies and Gentlemen I beleive our Mother is calling us. Lets start a thread and organize a group and once in for all tell this racist and corrupted Congress that we leaving for our mother land.
