July Concurrent filling in EB2 CATEGORY (CALIFORNIA)

gc_doc,

For some guys, the case status is updated after FP notice is sent, for others the status is updated only after FP is done. Hence it is not very clear. One way to to ask attorney to notify you if he/she receives something. Do you have your AP/EAD cleared?
 
thanks parrotwac for the reply. I applied for 140/485/spouse ead, is it necessary for 140/ead to be approved before they issue a fp notice?

I got my fingerprint notice before ead or 140 approval. I don't think the approval is required.

Also my notice date and receipt date matches yours. I am sure your fingerprint notice is in the mail and u should be getting it soon. Best of luck.

Ead / Ap

Hi Ananya,
My LUD and Emails have been coming on the same day i.e.
- On Aug 20 I got emails that AP was approved and the LUD was updated for AP WACs
- Similar situation for my EADs on Aug 23
- AP LUD was updated again today that document has been mailed to my address, recd emails for this also.

My 140 LUD has not changed since July 15
My 485 is for Aug 18 - FP recd status
My wife's 485 has not changed since July 23

AP approved

Received AP approved email today. No email on EAD yet, but LUD is changed. Not able to check on line status, it says case not found.

EAD & AP will come to you directly , it wont got to attonry so make sure, you have correct address there means no address change after filing.
 
FP Notice - Anybody still waiting since July??

Guys,
Anybody with ND/RD in last week of July still waiting for Finger Priniting notices? Do update the forum, so we could share the info, my ND/RD is 19th July/26th July and still waiting for FP notices.

I'd my AP approved on aug 25, but no ead approval so far. How long does ead approval take after AP approval.

hi Ananya123, i didnt get anything other than email sofar for AP. How about yours .
 
EAD and AP Update

My attorney received the EAD and AP documents today. Looks like it takes upto a week after the status says the document was sent to you directly.
