EAD cards - Does the Attorney get it/Or do we get it directly from INS??

Hi everybody, My EAD was approved on nov 14. and THe Avm Message says FP recd on 16th november and blah....

EAD Approved as of Nov 16, AP Not Approved!!! Waiting for FP.

AVM Says my EAD approved as of Nov 16th, my spouse EAD not approved, Still no approval for my AP travel Docs. Waiting for FP Notice. RD 7/19 ND 9/5 WAC 01-275-XXXXX, Sanjose Area.

120 days from RD is passed, Should I have to send FAX to INS for FP request??
 
EAD card received

I received EAD card yesterday(11/19/01)and my wife also received her card.I am waiting to hear magic words for I485.

Heard on AVM that my EAD was approved on nov 20 2001 .
Still have not received my FP notices .
 
Hi Neelanrao, when was your EAD approved.

You said, you recieved Card on Nov 19. How long it took for you to get card after AVM updated msg with its approval. I havnt recieved mine yet, so just want to speculate how much longer I have to wait. Tx.

Got my EAD card today with approval date of 11/19. Waiting on FP date.

Recd. EAD cards today (11/24) for me and my wife - Approved on 11/06 per AVM. A long wait to get the EAD cards - most likely because of mail delays and holidays.. Hope all of you waiting out there will be getting it soooooon..
