Received FP on 01/09/02, schedule on 02/8/02, but had it done in San Jose on 01/10/02. Now, begin waiting for approve............
 
BTW, my EAD approved, card ordered on 01/08 after RFE...

Uh oh, forgot to send in RFE documents for my wife\'s EAD RFE AGAIN! Gotta find a way to avoid her tonight. Better still, will munch on some Garlic, then SHE will avoid me.:)
They need marriage cert. and I-140 approval copy for her. They wanted I-140 approval copy for me. Got my wife\'s RFE 3 weeks after my RFE.
 
FYI : AVM changed

Today my AVM changed to "On Jan 12 ... processing resumed" .

Maybe you can show this in the "Comments" column.

Priority Date : 07/19/2002 (same as RD)
Date and time of appointment: 02/19/2002 at 8:00AM

I am planning to go to get fingerprints on today or tomorrow

I HAVE RECD MINE YESTERDAY 8/14. MY WIFE DID NOT. ANYBODY WITH SIMILAR EXPERIENCE

to fp collected jan 15 pending review . I did my fp 12/20 .
My Scheduled date was jan 15 . Does that matter ?

now message says \'case approved - ead card ordered\'

and message for myself and my wife for aos is \'dec 6 fp collected.....pending review\'

RD-JUL,23rd (GOT EAD & AP in NOV) (FP done in NOV)

Now AVM says " on 4 JAN 2002 FP received and processing on you case has resume" something like that.... Any one have experience ... How long it takes from here to final approval I485?
