FP done 4/2/02 (San Jose - it was a very busy tuesday, had to go back at 3 PM again and it was a breeze after that; strongly recommended to go on wednesdays for early FP instead of Oakland)
Still waiting for EAD/AP for both of us ...

We were in the same boat. We were supposed to go to oakland on the 18th of April. Instead we went to San Jose on April 2nd and our job was done. No questions asked.

h1Cycle - I just got my FP done on 4/2/02 - AVM did not change as yet

My FP was done on April 2nd and if I recall from some of the posts, it takes an average of 3 weeks before the AVM is updated.

BTW, My wife\'s AP got approved as of 4/3 and I am still waiting for mine.

EADs are still awaited.

IT will change on the 15th or last the day of the month

AVM is updated for fingerprinting cases 2 times amonth. They normally do it on 15 or last day of the month.

few questions regarding EAD...

it is mentioned on my I-765 that the processing time is 80 days. can i go to the local INS office and get an "Interim EAD" on the 81st day? or do i need to wait until the 90 day period?
 
when i call CSC, the voice message for I-765 says that the processing time is 120-140 days. so, do i need to wait until 140 days to go to the local INS office to get an Interim EAD?
 
can my wife start working with an Interim EAD?

U have to wait for 90 days from RD to get ur interim EAD. This is the INS rule. If ur RD is in Jan, u shud expect ur EAD anytime in this month...

Yes, ur wife can start workin\' once she gets the EAD.If she is on H$ she has to get her SSN before starting to work..

Can anyone tell me where I should go for getting my EAD stamped (>90 days) including the address of the place.

My area of residence is Fremont.

Do I need to submit fresh photos for getting my EAD stamped?
