Could you tell me the starting numbers of your WAC #?

Mine is WAC-02-093-xxxxx. FP done on 02/04/02 and AVM hasn\'t changed yet.

Contacted FBI and they told that they results are sent to INS Nebraska on 21st.

Still my AVM says the very first message. \'Your application received on Jan 16th. A notice is sent on... It is taking 999 days..."

I filed I-140 and I-485 in CSC. Is the case transferred to NSC???
Any comments? Got AP from CSC.

Hi,
Did you check with your lawyer about this situation?.
Just checked up INS website and found that Seattle comes under NSC. Is your company under CSC?. I think your residence from where you file AOS also makes a difference.
May be your case will be or is transferred to NSC.
I heard NSC is faster compared to CSC.

That\'s my 2cents.

FP Scheduled: March 7th
FP Done : Feb\'23rd

Not received AP/EAD yet. AVM still says the same mesg ...Received....999 - Called FBI and FBI said that they sent the results on the Feb\'23rd same day. Any ideas why AVM still doesnt change its almost one month after FP done.....
