Filing 485 for spouse after marriage

Is there anyone who filed 485 for their spouse after marriage and FP and got the approval for the spouse or know someone who did it? Your feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I have received FP notice today, my RDis 01/16/02 and ND is 01/17/02
Applied throuh CSC, residing in Michigan, got the FP notices from Nebrska service center for me and for my wife.

Hi

Is the PD printed on your 485 Receipts?. There is discussion going on if that is blank our cases may get delayed. I just want to make sure with U guys. IN FP it is printed but not on receipts
 
Same with me

For me also, I don\'t see any priority date on the Receipts but On FP notice, I have got the priority date is same as Receipt date. Where is that discussion that say\'s it is going to be dlayed?

The AVM says that my EAD is still being processed. Anyways how long does the process take after FP? Anybody please answer!!!!!!!!

Experts any suggestion !!!!

Hello Experts,

Really need your suggestion. I got my finger print notice for me and my wife on 03/18/02 and the appointment date is 04/19/02 place INS oakland. On 03/21 we went to INS oakland to give FP, but the person sitting at the gate refused us and said that we need to go there on 19th April.
Should I try once again ? or should I try San Jose ?
If I try San Jose whether it will make it complicated since they have asked me to go INS Oakland ...
Or Should I wait till 04/19 :-(

How is that you got FP notice from Nebraska, when you filed at CSC and Seattle comes under CSC?.
Ways of INS working.
