when more and more people learn about the site and come here the numbers for the later months will increase.
 
do I suppose to get the notice from INS or my lawyer?

My lawyer told me he sent it in the end of Jan. but I still do not receive any notice,do I suppose to get the notice from INS or my lawyer?

You can verify if your checks are encashed. If so, you can get your WAC # written on the back of your checks.

Got FP date before Receipt notices.

Filed 485 on 1/29/02
FP Date : 7/3/02
Per attorney, as of Friday (2/22/02) he didnot receive any receipt notices.
Will talk to him again on Monday.

Could you post the geographic location (City u live in) ...I am qurious to know cos you got a FP notice so soon.

I filed my 485 on JAN31, Feb-1 is my RD. I Got MY FP on Saturday. FP date is MAR22. Location Phoenix, Arizona.

Mine was also filed on Jan 2002.. My details.

You posted that you had filed on 29th JAn
1. is it ND or RD or mail date?
2.How many days after the INS recd your appliction did you get yor FP notice.
3.Did u get the notice or did it go to ur attorney.
4.Looks like you went for FP prior to Appointment date any problems?
I know these r a lot of questions .....thanks anyways.

Sorry, if I am not clear in my earlier mail.
Jan 29th is the mail date. I got FP notice last week not my attorney and FP is scheduled in 1st week of March. I will wait for the exact date to give my Finger Prints.
Interestingly, neither my attorney or I still didnot get any receipt notices as of yesterday.
