Hi!

Anyone with Jan 2002 RD/ND.

Lets be optimistic that 2002 is going to be a Great Year and all our dates - RD/ND/FP/EAD/AP & AD (Yes, final approval) will be in the year 2002!

Hope NSC rocks and makes our wishes come true!!

My case:
Mailed 01/03/02
Mail recd by NSC 01/04/02
Waiting for receipt
Thus, RD ??
      ND ??

I guess that makes it two of us so far!

So what do you think? We should have our approvals before Dec\'02??
I am keeping my fingers crossed for that.

Lets stay in touch and hopefully more Jan 2002 filers will join in!
 
How Much time it\'s taking for AP

Please post the time taken for AP. Need to travel on AP as DOS messed up our passports and option of getting H1-B stamped at New Delhi is out of question...

When did you receive the hardcopy of the notice?

My mail date was 1/3, INS received it 1/4 (per post office records), check was cashed 1/14. Waiting for receipt to get RD and ND.

My attorney mailed the I485, AP and EAD applications to NSC on Jan 8th. No news yet.

I received my hardcopy 1/17/2002 and I talked to IIO on 1/16/02 and he said they had not inputed my case into the computer yet?!?
I\'m sure that you\'ll be getting your confirmation soon.:)
P.S. My check also cleared the 14th.

Surprise!! Surprise!!! Got my EAD card today (20 days from Mailing)!! EAD approved on 01/17/02
No AP yet! No Receipt Notice for 485 Yet!!! WELL its the INS. Anything Can Happen here.....

EAD approved 1/17/2002, Received on 1/22/2002
AP approved 1/22/2002 and mailed (Heard on AVM)

AP Approved 01/08/02 letter Received directly from INS in 7 days
EAD Approved 01/11/02 Card received in 6 days from approval

Spouse case also approved with same details
 
EAD, AP approved

Got receipts for I485,EAD and AP from lawyers office last friday.
The ND for all is 01/14/02 (LIN 02-085-*****). AP approved and mailed on 01/24/02. EAD approved and mailed on 01/25/02.
