Do the DS forms have to printed both sides of the page ?

I am having difficulty geting this stupid printer to print both sides. Was just wondering if it necessary to print it that way or will two separate pages do ?

Not material

I do not think the change of your company\'s head office within the same metro is cause for any concern. This does not even require mention. Even if it is mentioned, this will not cause any harm

application and issuance fees for all categories effective January 14, 2002.

        The Consular Sections of the American Embassy New Delhi, and the
Consulates General in Chennai, Mumbai and Calcutta periodically alter the
Rupee payments for their consular application and issuance fees to bring
them in line with shifting exchange rates. The fees in U.S. dollars will
remain unchanged.

        The following is a list of fees with the new exchange rate:

        Non-Immigrant Visa Application Fee Rs. 2205

Non-Immigrant Visa Issuance Fee Rs. 3675

Immigrant Visa Application Fee Rs. 12740

Immigrant Visa Issuance Fee Rs. 3185

DS230 Problem

I am having problems filling the DS230 fillable form that is downloaded from Immihelp site. Every time I fill certain text areas in Employment section it automatically is populating in other text areas.

Has any one else run into this problem or has other fillable DS230 forms that are working fine, Please post.

Also if some one has the OF230 Part II fillable form please post here. Thanks a ton.
 
Print it on two pages and then copy it onto one page

What you can do is print it on two pages and on a decent copier you can setup the option of 2-->1 page format and copy it onto one page.

Hope this helps. I have done some thing like this for some of my project documents.
 
what is the dd amount for bluedart?

I searched and could not find in the forum. Can someone please tell me the dd amount for bluedart.
The following two are fine,

what about these?

DS230 part1 & DS230part2 at the time of Interview...

Guys,
Pkt4 mentions to bring both DS 230part1 & DS 230part2.
I know we have to sign DS 230part2 before the counsellor officer.

How about DS230 part1, R we supposed to take the photocopy of what has been mailed as part of Pkt3 (OR )
Do we have to take exact matter as what was sent to consulate in DS 230part1 earlier as part of pkt3 and sign it before consulate officer during interview, as well.

Can some one throw some light pls.

jagee, you can just take a copy of DS-230 Part I

You need not sign before them. If there are any minor changes, you can make the changes and submit the new part 1. Part 2, you will sign before the consular.
 
Does this mean the exchanges rates mentioned above holds good until the end of Jan2002?

Or is there a chance of getting changed again. Do u know?

Affidavit for Birth certificate

Hi,

I dont have the Birth certificate with DOB in my muncipality, so I took the non-availability certificate. The other documents needed to support this are : affidavit from parents and school leaving certificate.

My question is do we need any affidavit from two more relatives in addition to the parents affidavit. If so can someone tell me about the format of the affidavit from the Relatives.
