Tracker for Jan Cases

Hi folks,

Considering the JIT has moved to March, I thought it would be a good idea to track the Jan applicants and see what the state of your cases are, inspite of the jump. If your cases haven't been approved or touched then something is wrong and we need to take that up with Congressmen/Senators.

fax inquiry

Mine is WAC02084
No 2nd FP
No RFE

Can some body expalin the procedure for fax inquiry. Also the format of the fax also.

My case date was again changed today to 05/07 (in my profile at INS website) but the message did not change. Same old message "On Jan 9th, finger prints received .....etc"

I am still curious to know whats going on. Hope I will hear something instead of just the date updates.

Changed from "RFE Received" to "FP Received":

On May 11, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485
Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were
received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a
notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

Hi Guys,

I received RFE on 4/5/03 and replied to RFE on 5/7/03. No updates on the site yet to RFE received. Just waiting and going crazy!!

Message Changed to RFE sent today. May 11. Also, got an email from USCIS for RFE.

1st Touch Date : 05/04/2004
2nd Touch Date : 05/07/2004

3rd Touch Date: 05/10/2004 and Message Changed to RFE Sent.

Would wait to hear from the Lawyer this week

I am 02-087 as well! Did you get 2nd FP already ? and when was it?
Are you EB2/EB3 ?

I am just wondering whether there is a different between EBs?

My case was touched 05/04. However, they just update the message to "receive 1st fp results on June 11, 2002...", and I guessed this is a result of my fax inquiry.

I sent them another inquiry last week 5/7. However, no response so far.
I am asking my lawyer (from company) to do inquiry too.
