Jan 02 cases - Update

Thanks Pralay, this time I will be sending my parents affidavit. But chances are, I can get the new complete birth certificate. The same 2nd RFE is also sent for my wife!
 
Hi Pralay,

Will you send me or post the format of affidavit for no-name in birth certificate? I am trying answer RFE regarding birth certificate. Thanks.

I 485 Approved WAC 02-086

Our I 485 was approved on June 03, 2004. :D.
We received it on June 07. And got the passports stamped
on June 15.

Thanks to everyone on the forum for your help and advice.
We deeply appreciate it.

This has been a long ordeal of more than 4 years with 2nd attempt at GC.
We sincerely hope that everyone who is waiting will get approved soon.

I-485 approved

Hi folks,

Want to share the good news with you. My family's I-485 was approved according to the online status on July 6th.

My detail:
WAC-02-087-5xxxx (Jan 15th, 2002) EB3
2 FP (2nd one on June 26th, but done early)
1 RFE (3 yr pay stub, w2 and tax return, responded and received on June 24th)

Online status indicated approval on July 6th.

This is an excellent forum and folks are so helpful and knowledgeable.
Thanks very much and I hope all the pending cases will be approved soon.

Folks, just hang in there, don't lost hope. Very soon will be your turn.

Hi everybody,
Finally the day has come for us. My wife and me got apporved on 7/9/2004. It's a great relief and a joy! I got 2 RFE, 1 for Paystub and Birth certi, and another for Birth certi again. Looked like they needed our original certi to be resubmitted with our parents affidavit since we didnt have our name on certi. So the 2nd time we resubmitted our certi and got approved!

Jan02 case

I am a new user in this forum.

My I-485 details are as follows:

WAC020985*
ND: Jan 28th 2002
My last FP was March 2003, this was the second FP however the results from the first FP where never updated for my case.

My husband just completed his second FP in June 2004

No news about RFE or approval yet :(((

Is anyone in the same boat?

I am with recd data jan 18th. wac 02-093-5XXXX. I did not hear anything about my case either. I got an RFE. It will be 60 days tomorrow from the day they recd the RFE. I will be eligible to file a second level enquiry. I am in the same boat with you[

Did not receive my first fingerprint.
Fax inquiry: 6/10/04 but no response.

Please guide me what to do.
