My I-485 was approved yesterday per online status.
My case is a non-concurrent one. Hope you all get yours approved soon.
 
Did you got any RFE?

my 485 was files in July 2003 but still no LUD change after 1st fingerprint. As per new info, I applied for 3rd EAD 6 months in advance but still no change on LUD.

RFE issued

On 3/11/05 LUD changed and status said about RFE for both myself and my wife.
Could RFE be about our frequent travels outside US?

I got my RFE from NSC. It request all nonimmigration status in states including F-1 and H1B as well as school transcripts. Does any have the same experience?

Mine is a Labor Substitution Case. The priority date of the labor that was used for my case is October-2000

Does any one have any idea what will be my I485 priority date??

My I140 Approval says the Priority Date to be October-2000. Will my 485 priority date be October-2000 or July 2003??

Let me know if any one had a experience on such a case senario.

There is only one priority date for you Permananat residency case, that is based on your labor...it will be oct 2000 for everything (per your note)

I changed my address twice after I-485 ND (07/2003), once in Mar 2004 and again in Dec 2004. How will that affect my file processing. What is the estimated delay due to address change?

Your address change is not going ot affect the processing time.

Could you tell me what was your priority date? Are you RIR? What's your professional?
